Cookie Policy
VIP Name Style currently relies mainly on browser local storage and Cache Storage for user preferences and performance. Third-party advertising is not active at the time of this update.
Current status: VIP Name Style is not currently displaying third-party advertisements or paid sponsored placements. If Google AdSense or another advertising technology is added later, this page explains the additional storage and consent considerations that may apply.
1. What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small piece of data a website or third-party service can store through your browser. Browsers also provide other storage technologies, including local storage and Cache Storage. Those technologies can serve different purposes and are not all sent with normal web requests.
2. Storage currently used by VIP Name Style
| Name / technology | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| vns-theme | Local storage | Remembers light or dark mode. | Until changed or browser site data is cleared. |
| vip_saved_styles | Local storage | Keeps styles you intentionally save on the same device/browser. | Until removed or browser site data is cleared. |
| Service-worker cache | Cache Storage | Stores the site's own pages, scripts, styles and assets for faster repeat loading and offline fallback. | Replaced by site cache updates or removed by the browser/user. |
In the current project code, VIP Name Style does not intentionally set a first-party tracking cookie for the generator, saved styles or theme preference.
3. What is not stored as a site preference
The ordinary name or text you type into the current generator is processed in the browser and is not saved by the site as a cookie or local-storage preference. Saving a style stores the style choice, not a history of every piece of text you have typed.
4. Third-party advertising cookies
If Google AdSense is added later, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and—where permitted—personalization. Google notes that advertising tags can contact its services even when a visible ad is not ultimately shown, so these disclosures should be treated as applicable whenever Google advertising technology is actually present.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this site or other sites.
- Google advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to select ads based on visits to this site and/or other websites.
- Visitors can manage personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings.
- Google explains how it processes data on partner sites at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If another advertising vendor or measurement provider is introduced, this page will be updated so that the description reflects the technology actually in use.
5. Consent where required
If non-essential advertising storage is enabled in a region where consent is legally required, it should not be treated as strictly necessary storage. The site will present the required choices before relying on that non-essential technology.
For Google publisher advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google currently requires a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework for the relevant personalized-ad use cases. This will be configured when applicable before active ad serving to those visitors.
6. How to clear or block site storage
- Open your browser's settings.
- Go to the privacy, cookies or site-data section.
- Search for vipnamestyle.com.
- Delete the site's stored data to remove the theme preference, saved styles and cached files.
You can also use a private/incognito window if you do not want local preferences to persist after that private session ends. Browser menu names vary by version, so consult your browser's current help documentation if the exact labels differ.
7. Effect of blocking storage
The generator can still perform its basic text transformation if persistent preferences are unavailable, but convenience features may reset. For example, your saved-style list may not persist and the site may return to its default theme after a new session. Blocking future third-party advertising storage may affect ad personalization or ad availability, depending on the vendor and region.
8. Changes
This page will be updated when the site's storage behaviour changes, especially before or when a new third-party advertising or measurement technology becomes active. The revision date at the top is the date of the latest published version.
