1. The service

VIP Name Style provides free browser-based tools that transform text into alternative Unicode characters, symbols and decorative combinations. It also provides informational pages about using those results in compatible games, social platforms, bios and other text fields.

The service does not operate inside a third-party game or social platform and does not control whether a generated name will be accepted there.

2. Access and accounts

The current service does not require a VIP Name Style user account or subscription. We may change, add, improve, remove or temporarily suspend features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility or product development.

3. Your generated text

You may copy and use text that you generate with the public tools, subject to the rules of the platform where you use it and any rights that may exist in names, trademarks, phrases or other content you supplied. VIP Name Style does not claim ownership of the personal text you type into the generator.

Unicode characters are part of public character standards. Our website code, written explanations, original design, curated datasets, page structure and other site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use VIP Name Style in a way that is unlawful, abusive or disruptive. In particular, do not:

• impersonate another person, company, staff member or official account in a deceptive way;
• use generated text to harass, threaten, defraud, deceive or violate another person's rights;
• attempt to bypass a game or platform's safety, moderation or account rules;
• attack, overload, scrape at abusive volume, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• copy or republish substantial portions of the site's source code, curated datasets, original articles or design as a competing product without permission.

5. Third-party platforms and trademarks

Names such as Free Fire, Garena, PUBG, PUBG Mobile, BGMI, Instagram, Facebook and other products or companies referenced on the site belong to their respective owners. References are used to describe compatibility, use cases or platform-specific constraints and do not imply sponsorship, authorization or endorsement.

Your use of generated text on a third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms, name rules, technical limitations and moderation decisions.

6. No official badges, currency or account privileges

Decorative badges and symbols generated by the site are text characters. They do not grant official verification, partner status, rank, currency, account privileges or access to a third-party platform's systems. VIP Name Style does not offer hacks, cheats, account recovery, top-ups or in-game currency generation.

7. Advertising and promotions

If advertising is introduced later, it may be supplied by third parties and will be subject to the applicable privacy, cookie and advertising disclosures. The appearance of an advertisement will not mean that VIP Name Style endorses the advertiser or its product.

8. External links

The site may link to third-party websites for reference, platform support, privacy controls or other useful information. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Review the third party's own terms and policies before using its services.

9. Availability, accuracy and no warranty

Unicode support, game character limits, platform behaviour and browser rendering can change. We work to keep tools and explanations useful, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every generated style will render correctly, be accepted by every platform, or remain compatible after a platform update.

10. Responsibility and limitation of liability

You are responsible for deciding whether a generated result is appropriate for your intended use and for complying with the rules of the platform where you publish it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VIP Name Style is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the site, reliance on a generated style, or actions taken by an unrelated platform.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Use of the site is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain current browser storage, contact data and how future third-party advertising would be disclosed.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes or when clarification is needed. The revision date at the top of the page shows the latest published version. Your continued use after an updated version is published is subject to the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
