1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to vipnamestyle.com and the pages served from that domain. It covers the name and text generators, category pages, standalone tools, saved-style features, theme preference and the contact options described below.

2. Text you type into the generators

In the current build, names, bios and other text entered into the generators are transformed in your browser. The generator does not need to send that input to a VIP Name Style server in order to produce the styled result.

We do not provide user accounts, and the site does not ask you to create a profile containing your name, postal address, phone number or payment details.

3. Information stored on your device

The site uses browser storage for a small number of user-requested functions. These values stay in your browser unless you clear site data, remove saved items, change a preference, or your browser removes them.

4. Technical request and security data

Like most websites, the web host, content-delivery network or network infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on the provider, that can include an IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or user-agent information, referrer information and security/error events.

VIP Name Style uses this type of information for site delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. We do not use the name-generator text you type as an identifier in those logs.

5. Contact messages

The Contact Us page offers an email-draft form. In the current implementation, completing that form does not submit the fields to a VIP Name Style web server. When you press the form button, the page asks your device to open your configured email application with a draft addressed to us.

If you then choose to send the email, the information in that email is processed by your email provider and our email provider for the purpose of receiving, reviewing and replying to your message. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, financial information or other information that is not necessary for your request.

6. Current advertising status

VIP Name Style is currently available free of charge and is not presently displaying third-party advertisements. If Google AdSense code or another advertising technology is added in the future, that technology may process information even before or without a visible personalized advertisement, so the disclosures in the next section apply whenever such technology is actually present on the site.

7. If Google AdSense or other advertising is enabled later

If we enable Google AdSense or another third-party advertising service, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be kept consistent with the technology that is actually active. Google requires publishers to disclose the use of advertising cookies and visitors' advertising choices.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on a user's visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• Users can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings.

Other ad technology providers may use cookies or similar technologies if they are added in the future. If that happens, the policy will identify or provide access to the applicable vendor information and user controls as required.

8. Consent and regional privacy controls

Privacy requirements vary by location. If advertising or another non-essential technology is enabled for visitors in a region where consent or an opt-out is required, VIP Name Style will use an appropriate consent or privacy mechanism before relying on that technology.

For Google publisher advertising in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google currently requires participating publishers to use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework when required for personalized ad serving. That requirement is relevant when the applicable Google advertising technology is used for those visitors; this paragraph is not a claim that a CMP or AdSense tag is currently running on this site.

9. Your privacy choices

• Clear this site's local storage and cache through your browser settings to remove saved styles and preferences.
• Do not send an email if you do not want to provide the information contained in that message.
• If third-party advertising is enabled later, use the consent/opt-out controls shown for your region and the vendor controls linked in this policy.
• Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal information we control, you may contact us to make that request.

10. Retention

Saved styles and theme preferences remain on your device until they are changed or cleared. Email correspondence may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain a record of support or legal communications, and protect the site. Technical logs are retained according to the settings and operational practices of the relevant hosting or infrastructure provider.

11. Security

The site is designed so that the core name transformation can run without a user account or a database of generated names. We use HTTPS on the public site and aim to minimize the personal information we request. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so visitors should avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed.

12. Children

VIP Name Style is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly ask children to create accounts or provide personal information through the generator. If you believe personal information belonging to a child has been sent to us by email and should be removed, contact us with enough information to locate the message.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site's features, service providers, legal obligations or advertising status change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest published revision. In particular, this policy should be reviewed again before active third-party advertising is launched.
